I'm Grace.

I'm a Professional Cuddler.

Yeah, that's a thing

I found professional cuddling when I was in grief myself. Both my parents had died within 10 weeks of each other. My relationship ended shortly after that. I really needed comfort, and it was nowhere to be found. I struggled deeply, feeling very alone.

I saw a video about professional cuddling, and I thought: “I could participate in that. And I need that.” But it was another year before I found a group cuddling event, nearly an hour away from my home.

Still I knew I needed cuddling, so I went. Afterward, I was surprised to find that I was in a good mood for a week and a half. That’s when I knew that this work was significant and important. I decided to learn how to become a professional cuddler and take advantage of one of my superpowers: the ability to be present with someone when they are feeling intense, deep feelings.

I can hold you, both physically and emotionally, while you cry, rail, sob, or even laugh. I believe that the only way OUT of feelings is to go THROUGH them, to EXPERIENCE them fully. That can feel pretty scary to do alone, and not all of us have friends who know how to be with us when we “feel the feels.”

Today, I love working with my clients, not only actually, physically holding them, but also holding space for them in their growth and healing process.
